Where everything starts
Initial consultation
We begin with a brief, free 15-minute conversation where you can share more about what has you exploring therapy and I answer any questions you have about my practice. If your goals align with my skill set, we then schedule a consultation.
The consultation explores what brings you in, what you have tried in the past, and what feeling better looks like for you. It also shows us what working together looks like and whether I am the right person to support change for you.

Individual therapy
One-on-one
Sessions are 50 minutes, in-person or virtual. We spend our early time together getting a clear picture of where you are feeling stuck and what you are hoping to move toward.
Our work is structured and purposeful. At times this can include between-session practice, like trying out a DBT skill we have been working on. The balance is always tailored to you.

Short-term intensives
Sometimes the most effective work is focused. Short-term intensives are built around a single concern or focal point, with a structure that flexes to fit your pace and goals. Common focal points include:
Concierge care
For high-achieving individuals who value discretion and a deeply personalized approach. Sessions are held in the comfort of your home or office, removing the barriers a demanding schedule creates around in-person therapy.

Weekly groups
After a decade of facilitating women’s groups, I have seen the community that forms around the work create a rare balance of support and accountability and become one of the strongest motivators for change.

Private pay
Many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to offset the cost of sessions. Sanctuary Ridge does not bill insurance directly, but we provide clients monthly superbills to support reimbursement. We recommend reaching out to your provider to understand your coverage before getting started.
Payment is due at the time of service.
